This policy explains how Flex54 collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website, join our waitlist or use our services.

1. Who we are

Flex54 is a product operated by 26th Street Inc. References to “Flex54,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean 26th Street Inc. and its relevant affiliates. Questions about this policy can be sent to help@flex54.com.

2. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, country, industry, primary customer channel and, if provided, a website or social page. We may also collect basic technical and usage information, including browser type, device information, pages viewed and approximate location derived from an IP address.

When Flex54 services become available, customers may choose to connect business communication channels and provide business knowledge, contacts and conversation content. We will process that information only to provide, secure and improve the services selected by the customer.

3. How we use information

• To manage the waitlist and communicate about early access, product launches and relevant updates.
• To provide and support Flex54 products and customer-service features.
• To respond to questions, prevent misuse and protect the security of our services.
• To understand product demand and improve usability, performance and reliability.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. AI and connected channels

Flex54 uses artificial intelligence to help businesses draft or send responses, organize enquiries, capture leads and route conversations. Customers control the business knowledge and channels they connect. Where available, customers can configure human review and handoff. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, so businesses remain responsible for reviewing important customer communications and keeping their knowledge current.

5. Google user data

If a customer connects Google services, Flex54’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the connected features requested by the customer, such as displaying and responding to relevant business email. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, communicate, analyze and operate Flex54, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, security and operational requirements. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in an email. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact help@flex54.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity.

9. International processing

Flex54 and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Children

Flex54 is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent would be required.
