Channel setup tips
Avoid the most common issues when connecting WhatsApp, social, and email channels.
Use the same browser session from start to finish. Channel providers open secure authorization windows — keep Flex54 open and allow pop-ups.
Sign in with an account that has administrator access to the business assets you are connecting.
If authorization fails, sign out of the provider in your browser and start the connection again.
For Instagram OAuth errors mentioning redirect_uri, ensure you are connecting from the environment your administrator has registered with Meta.
